Let's Stretch!
Feeling stiff and sore after spending the day at your desk? You’re not alone.   Sitting in the same position for long periods of time can cause muscle tension, stiffness, and discomfort.   The good news? A simple habit can make a big difference.   Taking five minutes each hour to stand up and stretch can help keep your body feeling its best throughout the workday.    Download our “Let’s Stretch” poster and make movement part of your daily work routine.

True or False?
True or False?   You only need to file a Worker’s Report if your workplace injury causes you to miss work.   This is FALSE.   If you’re injured at work, you must complete a Worker’s Report, even if you don’t miss any time from work.   What starts as a small injury can sometimes develop into a more serious issue. By filling out a Worker’s Report you’re making sure that there is a record of the incident in case you need further support or medical treatment in the future.    Learn more about filing a claim.
