Have Your Voice Heard

Have your voice heard! The WCB is inviting stakeholder input on the proposed changes to the policy Pre-Existing Conditions (POL-61). The purpose of these changes is to provide clarity on how claims involving pre-existing conditions are adjudicated and to bring WCB PEI coverage for aggravations of pre-existing condition in line with all other Canadian jurisdictions.
